when you arrive

Please remain in your car and message when you have arrived.
This helps to be mindful of other clients who might be receiving a service at the studio!
As well as assures that our previous client has left, and work spaces have been fully sanitized.

CHILDREN/PETS/GUESTS

For the safety of your children and the relaxation of all clients, no children, additional guests, or animals are permitted.

Cancellations

We politely ask guests to provide 24+ hours notice for all cancellations or scheduling changes. 
Failure to provide 24+ hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee, with no exceptions.

No call / No Show

No shows will be charged FULL price. If a guest fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the missed appointment. 
Failure to notify us prevents us from filing the appointment/ time slot with another client.

Tardiness

If a guest arrives more than 10 minutes late we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment resulting in a fee.
If you’re running late please text ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond ten minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely in which case a cancellation fee will apply.
